Christmas 2011 Recap

St. Andrew's Annual Cookie Sale
It was held on December 10th, 2011, and it was a great success! We sold out of all cookies at 11:30 AM.  For St. Andrew's and the community, it was a great success with lots of fellowship.

Thank you to everyone who helped out with the sale.
A special thank you to Elaine & Shelley for co-chairing, and everyone who stood over a hot oven baking all those cookies!

Your support is greatly appreciated!

Mitten Tree
Thank you for all the donations for the Mitten Tree in the Narthex - all the hats, scarves, gloves, mittens, socks and gently used coats go to the Fairfield County Children Services.

Adopt-a-Family news!

January 2012 - Thank you all who donated items for our Adopt-a-Family.  Extra items were donated to another family in need.  Your generosity was GREATLY appreciated.  An update will appear in the February newsletter.

November-December 2011
At this time, the family is displaced and therefore is unsure of what items they need for their home.  They are hoping to find a home in the Reynoldsburg school district because the programs there have been most beneficial for the kids who are all doing well in school.

Mom, Carita, is working as a C.N.A.  The only item she spoke of for herself is a winter coat.  Good gifts ideas for Mom include gift cards to Kohls, the movies and dining.
